Wow! Where should I start. I wanted to schedule an appointment, online, regarding my car registration. The online options are no help. None of them were in relation to what I needed. Then you call them. I figured I would call closer to the time they close. It rings several times then automation jump on and gives you a spill saying, "due to the high call volume we can't answer your call." I called at 4 o'clock and 4:15. I think they turned the phones off when it gets close to 4:30.

All I needed was someone helpful, only one person was actually useful in any way. The nice Indian lady, she resolved the issue that the overweight blonde was causing for me. I just needed some stickers and a registration card but she told me that she couldn't access any of the vehicle information because it is registered under my dad. I had to annoy my father and call him to ask his license number, which was on the temporary registration that I had the whole time. Instead of reading over it completely, she only used my license number which she asked me for. And then told me she couldn't help my and that when I get pulled over again I can "tell the officer whatever you want". I wish I was making this up but that's verbatim. Completely unprofessional from the big blonde. Whereas the sweet Indian lady quickly pulled up the title number I needed with my father's license number and the vehicles tag number that was there from the get go. That blonde needs to be fired. When I first got to the kiosk before any of this mess happened she went and put in an erroneous phone number and routed me to the wrong option. Our savior came and actually asked what I was trying to do instead of just doing something wrong for me.

It is what it is but if you’re able to be there when the doors first open and have a pre scheduled appointment which can be made online that helps. Make sure you check in and get a ticket bc the number they use to call you is different from your appointment number. Having said all that I was helped today by Lisa at #5 window and she was very helpful and expedited my license renewal.

Wow! Coming from New York DMV. This was a breeze. I made the appointment online. It told me exactly what I needed to bring with me. I had an appointment and when I checked in there was a clerk waiting for me.... I didn't even have time to sit down or anything lol. The clerk that helped me was awesome. Very friendly and kind and answered all my questions. I got a new license in 20 minutes. I was there for such a short time I did not use the bathroom lol Update...got my new license in less than a week 🥳🥳
